If you do not have a Online Player Load Account you will need to create one. You will receive an email with your player information if you have not already established a player account with Empire City.

We routinely set up accounts between 9 AM & 9 PM EST. Since this is not an automated process, the human will take up to an hour for set up. If you load your account at the time of set-up, your credits will be there when you receive the email confirmation with ALL of your log in details.

Your financial safety and security is of the utmost importance to us. Because of this, we have implemented several measures minimize fraud. You will receive an Empire City Transaction PIN for use with all transactions. It helps us get it right and keeps your secure as it ties you to all transactions.
